If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed, we are more than happy to offer a full refund as long as work has not commenced on your order or product. A part refund may be offered if work has commenced on your order.
If you are not satisfied, you will have 14 days from the receipt of their items to return/exchange any unwanted merchandise.
To return your purchase:
1: Email email@example.com before returning any merchandise to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
2: You will be emailed an RMA number. Print the authorization and place it in your package with your return items.
3: Return the package to Simply for Flying c/o Bronwyn Darnoc, Marlene Dietrich Strasse 43, 80636 Munich, Germany
4: Simply For Flying will send you an email confirmation once merchandise is recieved.
*Items should be in unused/new condition and in its original packaging when possible. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of product.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
We can not be held responsible for damage during transit beyond our control.
